Mr. V. Mahalingam is the only person who has raised the base for this large entity and under his initially under his proprietorship a venture was started in the name of ‘M/s.Shanthi Lorry Service’ since in the year 1989 and has around 40 years of experience in this field. He started his carrier in early 1980’s as an admin in transport office. Ever since then, he grew his knowledge in this field, and later built his own company under his proprietorship. Depending on the clients’ logistical needs we are on good terms with the process of running a fleet of more than 150 own trucks and nearly 50 trucks that are outsourced.
Mr. M. Karunakaran , the son of Mr. V. Mahalingam, started another sister concern under his proprietorship in the name of ‘M/s .Shanthi Cargo Movers’ was handling operations in Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh. By holding around 20 years of experience, he is well enough to handle the challenges faced over these years. He currently takes care of the maintenance processes and ensures that there is efficient flow of transportation, warehousing, disposal and security within the business sector.
Mr. M. Sasikumar , the son of Mr. V. Mahalingam, is started the sister concern under his in the name of ‘M/s. Shanthi Freight Carriers’ was handling business operations in Karnataka, Kerala and Telangana. With 20 years of experience in this industry, he seasoned the challenges with success in this competency juncture and added maximum contribution to grow the company to what it is now. He joined the company when there were just 10 trucks. With his dedication, hard work and smart work, the company is now owning a fleet of more than 150 trucks. Currently he works on to reflect his knowledge and experience in the administration and finance functions and in the business operations as well.
Mrs. S. Susheela performs the overall administration and takes care of the required marketing to grow the business. She has input all her dedication to enhance the value of enterprise and derives success from it. For over 10 years, she has been skilfully handling the deliverable business performs, ensures smooth functioning of the systems and enhances the efficiency of systems and procedures on regular basis.
Coordinating the movement of supplies and ease of business operations in all inter and intra state operations, the three proprietorship concerns were merged into a partnership firm as ‘M/s. SHANTHI LOGISTIC SERVICES’ in the year 2016. Mrs Susheela. S and Mrs K. Vimala have become the added partners to this venture.
